THIS IS THE EDITING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AUTHOR AND BOOKPUBCO/EDITS


Signing this agreement signifies that you have read the contract; and that you are in agreement with as written; and that you agree to pay the identified cost for the selected services that achieve your book editing goals. The editing/coordination fee must be paid upon acceptance of your manuscript. Publishing services are not included in this process; the publisher will have their own contract(s):

The Author guarantees that he/she has copyright or is the sole owner to the “Book” (book, manuscript, works of arts, or other documents) by virtue of being the creator and/or having license from the copyright owner, and will retain copyright to the “Book” for the duration of this editing agreement and all book sales.

THE FIRST PARTY, THE AUTHOR; AND BOOKPUBCO/EDITS, THE SECOND PARTY,called herein “BOOKPUBCO/EDITS”. BookPubCo/Edits edits the book, manuscript, works of arts, or other documents with the Author. BookPubCo/Edits Responsibility to the Author:

EDITING/ TRANSMITTAL TO PUBLISHER ONLY OF YOUR CHOICE
In providing these services our main focus is to provide the Author with editing/coordination support that will lead to the final product.

Coordinated Consulting and Editing with Author and Publisher:

These service(s) include those outlined in this contract that is designed to lead to the publication of books, etc. BookPubCo/Edits provides editing/coordination services for all marketing package for the same reasonable cost of $1050.00. BookPubCo/Edits’ cost is in addition to any publisher's cost (otherwise editing/coordination cost does not include publisher’s cost). Editing Review Only is for those authors that are well prepared and only want a one-time review before proceeding to their own publisher (otherwise no formatting issues, coordination, etc.). Each Author is responsible for coordinating their book with the publisher once the final product is coordinated and transmitted by BookPubCo/Edits, to the publisher. All efforts possible will be made in your behalf by BookPubCo/Edits to make sure your product is to your satisfaction; BookPubCo/Edits will complete a one-time book modification (correction) with the publisher for each of its Authors.


You are not obligated to use BookPubCo/Edits services, but if you do we guarantee success in the editing/coordination processes.
