The following three Contractual Agreements: 1. Coordination/Publishing Cost Only; 2. Coordination/Ghostwriting Service/Publishing Cost Only AND 3. Coordination/Royalty Sharing/Publishing Cost Only are each exclusive Contracts for coordinating and publishing your book through the publishing process, with a publisher designated by a BookPubCo agent/editorial coordinator. Signing either of these agreements signifies that you have read the contract(s); and that you are in agreement with as written; and that you agree to pay the identified cost for the selected services that achieve your book publishing goals. The Coordination/Publishing fee must be paid upon acceptance of your manuscript; the remainder is due as service is rendered and/or upon final draft to you before the publication process begins. After our conference and we have subjected the contract that best fits your need, we require you to complete the following information, check the contract box, and sign below:

Author/Serve Provider Guarantees
The Author guarantees that he/she has a right to the manuscript and/or work of art, document, or other miscellaneous products, any movie rights by virtue of being the owner. The Author retains ownership to the subsequent published “Book” for the duration of this agreement and after coordination has been accomplished with a publisher for said “Author”. For the purpose of this Contractual agreement, THE FIRST PARTY is the AUTHOR; and the SECOND PARTY BOOKPUBCO is the service provider of this contract. The service provider agrees to the use by the Author of “BOOKPUBCO PRESENTS” as part of the book cover and agrees to fulfill the aspects of the contract by taking author’s book through the coordination and publishing processes. For which, BookPubCo retains the right to 20% of all royalties in the quarterly report from the publisher, for unchangeable operations and promotion expense for this book.
The Author is guaranteed a share from the sale of his/her book in the amount of 80% of the quarterly reported royalties from the publishers for which, the author agrees to take full responsibility for the contents of his book.

BookPubCo does not warrant, represent and/or guarantee the Author any products or royalty value thereof.

*Professional Editing
Editing is recommended and available at the author’s request and expense that includes the following, based on number of pages in book: $8.00 per page,
- Author’s manuscript is assessed for editorial relevance and receives full editing support in preparing the book for publication.
- Reading, proofreading, spelling checks, word evaluation, and grammar proficiency analysis.
- Manuscript is matched with a publisher.
- Story Analysis and evaluation is performed.
- Suggestive enhancement of author's writing; recommendations are made to the author.
*Included only in the Ghostwriting Contract.
Editing is recommended to all authors. The identified editing cost is a necessary accomplishment for a quality product, but is contracted at the author’s expense.

Contractual Agreement between
Author and Service Provider
The identified cost is required for necessary coordination to proceed through the book coordination and publishing process. Signing this agreement is evidence that you agree with this contract as written and that you agree to pay the identified cost for the selected services that achieve your book coordination and publishing goals. The coordination and publishing process, notwithstanding the publisher’s contract to publish, includes the coordination and additional required publishing cost for a completed manuscript are included in the total cost as follows:
Coordination Process
- Preparing manuscript to meet the specifications of publisher’s format: $100.00
- Ensure that the manuscript is transmitted to publisher (may include such items as reprint releases from newspapers, photographers, individuals, clipart, internet, book dealers, cartoonist, etc.); further, ensuring all text and/or images are in the proper format: $200.00
- Changes/errors are corrected only while the book is in publishing process: $100.00
- BookPubCo corrects changes/errors noted during the author’s first draft review: $150.00
- BookPubCo will use the appropriate publisher’s format for correcting changes/errors and resubmission, after a draft review: $75.00
- Author’s manuscript presentation (which is electronically transmitted) meeting with publisher’s design team and layout coordination team during the conference call to obtain a wrap-up consensus is reached for submission of initial manuscript through the publishing process: $50.00
- Ensuring the publisher's contract is completed correctly: $100.00
- Cover conversion: $100.00
- Stock art cover design: $249.00
- Custom typesetting interior: $349.00
- Channel distribution with ISBN: $150.00

Ghostwriting Service
Please review the Ghostwriter Services under CJ Editing/Events @ BookPubCo for more details of the services. Editing is required in this Ghostwriting Contract. Ghostwriting entails the following services:
- Extensive research/reviewing and rewriting efforts
- Detailed story analysis; and enhancing the storyline
- May include extensive reading/library/internet services/etc.
- Meeting with the author and gathering notes
- Recorded interviews when requested; using Digital Wave Player
- Extensive typing to complete the manuscript for the Coordination Process
- Analysis of the work to determine the estimate at the time an author request ghostwriting services

COORDINATION/ROYALTY SHARING/PUBLISHING PROCESS ONLY
Contractual Agreement between
Authors and Service Provider
ROYALTY SHARING
Royalty sharing means that Book Publishing Coordination Service (BookPubCo) operations will share in the coordination/publishing cost of your book for 80% of the accumulated royalties from the sale of your book until the shared amount is paid in full; thereafter the sharing relationship continues at 20% the accumulated royalties from the sale of your book. When you sign this agreement you agree to share in the royalty of your book with BookPubCo as stipulated. BookPubCo will publish your book if you agree in this Contractual Agreement to relinquish the designated amount identified on the quarterly royalty report for the life of your book. This means that BookPubCo will serve as co-author using a surname. By signing this contract, you agree with the royalty proposal in this agreement. You further understand that royalty sharing covers all expenses except Return Policy AND Ghostwriting fees.
